theyatehere is an informational guide. It collects restaurant recommendations that food creators have made in their public YouTube videos, organises them by place and dish, and links you to the original videos. It is a directory of other people's publicly stated opinions — not our reviews, not advertising, and not a booking or delivery service.
theyatehere is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, any restaurant listed, or any creator featured. Creator names appear solely to attribute their publicly published recommendations, with a link to the original video in every case. Creators may request removal of their content at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Restaurants move, close, change chefs, change menus. Recommendations reflect what a creator said at the time their video was published, which may be years ago. Locations, prices and opening status are approximate and provided in good faith without warranty. Check before you travel. We are not responsible for a wasted trip, a changed menu, or a meal you didn't enjoy.
Accounts are optional and free. You are responsible for your login details. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may remove accounts that abuse the service.
Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent the app's content; don't use the app to harass restaurants or creators; don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse the service.
Video content, thumbnails and quotes belong to their creators and are used for attribution and reference with links to the source. The app's own design, code and database organisation belong to us. Restaurant names belong to the restaurants.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
