Open theyatehere and go to Profile → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm once. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Email hello@theyatehere.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done, within 30 days and usually the same working day.

Feedback is retained anonymously because it's used to improve the app and we can no longer connect it to you once your account is gone. Nothing else survives deletion, and none of it can be recovered afterwards.
You don't need an account to use theyatehere — browsing, searching and place details all work signed out. Deleting your account doesn't stop you using the app.
